ABOUT

"Art is the extension of the mind,

imagination painted by madness,

giving voice to the silenced and power

to the powerless; the pen is my weapon

and the notebook is my canvas."

Gabriella Petrillo, writer, has published poetry in The Monmouth Review, Plaster Cocktail and Pilgrim Journal, and has also written for the electronic music scene including short fiction, Wolves, based on the album by international EDM artist, The Sound of Eco. A teacher and activist based in the New York City region, she has also covered local news stories to spread awareness against modern day slavery. Quieter days involve studying art, history, and writing her novel. She is a member of the International Gothic Association.
